Shipping Policy

1. Yahvi offers free shipping and gift packing for any jewellery purchased on the website throughout India. For international shipping, applicable taxes and charges will be paid by the customer.

2. Shipping time is 1-3 business days for "Available in Stock" items. Customised jewellery may take 20-30 days depending on the design. While we try to speed up your delivery, unexpected events might cause delays. If this happens, we will inform you right away.

3. All our jewellery product parcels are insured and shipped through verified and reputed shipping service providers.

4. If any parcel is lost and declared lost by the shipping service provider, Yahvi will ship a new product or issue a refund after communicating with the customer.

5. It is mandatory for the receiver to sign when the product is delivered.

6. Please check the product at the time of delivery.

7. The customer must sign when receiving the jewellery shipment as proof of delivery (POD).

8. Once your order is dispatched, our team will contact you via WhatsApp and/or email with the tracking link.
