Return & Refund Policy

1. Requests for return or refund must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Jewellery items should be unused and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

3. All returns are subject to verification of the original product as per standard quality norms. The decision of Yahvi in this regard shall be final and binding on the customer.

4. The return policy is applicable only if the jewellery has not been used, altered, repaired, or damaged in any manner.

5. The jewellery must be shipped back to us within 7 days from the date of return approval.

6. Once the returned jewellery is received and successfully passes our quality inspection, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

7. Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

8. Customers may opt for store credit or a gift card of the full order value, redeemable on any future purchase. When store credit is selected, Yahvi will bear the shipping charges.
