Exchange Policy

1. Requests for exchange must be made within 2 days from the date of delivery.

2. Jewellery items should be unused and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

3. Once the returned jewellery product is received and successfully passes our quality inspection, the exchange process will be initiated.

4. If the exchange value of the old jewellery product is lower than the value of the new jewellery product, the customer will be required to pay the price difference. If the exchange value of the old jewellery product is higher than the value of the new jewellery product, the balance amount will be refunded in the form of a gift card.

5. Jewellery items that are made to order or customised / personalised are not eligible for exchange.

6. Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
